Due to the Personalized Nature of this business,I do not offer refunds.If I make a error on your order,I will replace your order with the corrected information.You must be able to show that I am the one who made the mistake.

| Shipping-
I will get your order out to you as fast as I can most are shipped in 3-4 days.Please note that it does take longer if you are paying by check because your check must clear before order is shipped.Your Order can be rushed to you for a fee of $10.00 more per order.
